Served In: Navy
Achievements: During his wartime service in Vietnam, he earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal (1 Bronze Star) and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal
 

He had a love of classic cars and science fiction. He was a talented mechanic who could fix or build anything. He lived his last years quietly with the support of his loving daughter.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Eileen Johnson and James H. Taylor.
