Bette Louise Neff of Fallon Nevada passed away on Monday, February 20, 2012 at Travis Air Force Base.
Born in Independence, California, on September 20th, 1936 to Bette (Ma) and Hardy (Pa) Boyd. Bette
moved to Fallon in 1962 with her boys.
She was affiliated with youth sports from 1963-1978. She served on the boards of Little League and
Babe Ruth; was a team mom, concession stand volunteer and score book keeper. She was involved
in many organizations over the years: Oasis bowling leagues, Beta Sigma Phi, Business Professional
Women, and voting ballot official. She owned the “Ye old paperback exchange” for 22 years.
She married Don Neff on October 7, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She was feisty, she was kind, and above all she was loving to her family and friends.
Bette is survived by her husband, Don, and her five sons; Don, Kurk , Dale, Kim & Darrel, her 
sister,Aneeta and her husband Ersal, and nearly 40 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Bette's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at The Gardens Funeral Home in Fallon, Nevada
